Directors Label is exactly what it says on the tin. Three of the most celebrated music video directors — Chris Cunningham, Spike Jonze, and Michel Gondry — have had their works collected and put onto three DVDs.
For me, Chris Cunningham was the obvious first pick. He did the videos for Come to Daddy and Windowlicker for Aphex Twin, Come on my Selector for Squarepusher, and All is Full of Love for Björk.
That’s all I have to say, really. I’m too excited by this purchase to do anything but what the DVD again and again and again.
